(Q) When will my order ship?

(A) Orders submitted by 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday, will be eligible for same day shipment if by third party carrier and in stock. All orders taken after 1:00 pm will be shipped on the next business day if by third party carrier and in stock. IPP Truck delivery should be within 2-5 business days from your closest warehouse location if in stock.


(Q) How long will it take for me to receive my order?

(A) Delivery should be within 2-5 days if in stock.

(Q) How much are shipping costs?

(A) Shipping costs are relative to order size, products ordered and distance from the shipping point.

 

(Q) Can I track my order?

(A) Yes. Tracking information is available once your order is shipped. To track a shipment, click here.

(Q) Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

(A) Orders may be picked up between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, at our Burlington, North Carolina location (530 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, North Carolina). Select Free In Store Pickup during the Checkout process. You may also select a day and time for pickup convenience. PLEASE NOTE: Customers picking up orders must bring a valid receipt or order confirmation for the order they are picking up. Please allow 1 hour between placing your order and picking it up. Orders can be picked-up at the Warehouse Store entrance (Front Right Side of Parking Lot).

(Q) What is your return policy?

(A) Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase; they must be in the original package and undamaged and must be accompanied by a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from IP Products. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by IP Products prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. Any and all returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Please note all returns (including delivery failures) can take up to one week to be processed.


(Q) How can I set up an account?

(A) Accounts can be set up for purchase by using a credit card or PO number. Credit Card accounts can be set up during the checkout process or by clicking here. Terms can be requested with the completion of a credit application (credit application). You will be notified once the application has been reviewed.
