RETURN POLICY

Please review your order confirmation to ensure the accuracy of the items ordered as well as the shipping address. Upon delivery of this shipment please inspect all contents. Any damages, missing items or incorrect shipments must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Goods cannot be returned without prior approval from IP Products, Inc. Some goods are not eligible for return, such as items marked “CLOSEOUT.” Special Order items, such as custom packaging or custom imprinted products are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase; they must be in the original package, undamaged and must be accompanied by a proper RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@ipproducts.com or call 336-226-2457 to verify if goods can be returned. Damaged and/or opened goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by IP Products prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as any handling fees.

Please note all returns (including delivery failures) can take up to one week to be processed.
